Crusader’s Waterlord Heavy Duty Dewatering Hose is an ultra-tough layflat hose specially engineered for use on mine sites and rugged terrain environments. It is constructed by weaving a tight polyester fabric and using TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) thru-the-weave extrusion to form a hose that can handle high working pressure, maximum abrasion, corrosion and chemical resistance. The cover is also UV treated so that the hose can be left outdoors without concern for cracking.

The Waterlord HD Dewatering Hose is reliable, compact, easy to handle and install. Short lengths can be handled with little manpower. However, for long runs up mine walls and across pits, hose reel systems are required. These systems can be rapidly deployed after flooding so that the water in the mine can be pumped out of the open pit in days. The Waterlord mine dewatering hose comes in a range of diameters, from 40mm (1.6”) up to 305mm (12″), allowing a maximum flow rate of a massive 115 litres per second!
