Premium percolating hose

Percoflex® percolating fire hose has been designed by Crusader Hose specifically for forestry and bush fire-fighting brigades. This technically-engineered hose, with exposed warp yarns, allows water to wick through to the exterior of the fabric.  This controlled seepage keeps the hose wet and damp, protecting it from burning embers.

Percoflex® is woven from high-tenacity polyester yarn, which makes it light-weight and strong. It has a polyurethane lining which is fused, creating an inseparable bond with the fabric jacket. This ultra-thin lining is also very light so the hose is easy to carry and drag around the bush.

The controlled seepage allows minimal water loss from the hose, thus ensuring maximum flow at the nozzle. Up to 10 coils of 30m length can be connected for mopping up at long distances from the pumper.

Large choice of
diameters & lengths

Percoflex® fire hose can be manufactured from 25mm to 64mm diameters. Usually this hose is supplied in 30m lengths.

Long-lasting &
high-quality product

Percoflex® has even seepage and is lightweight. Like all our fire hose, Percoflex® comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults.
