Waterlord® Extra

Built tough for any terrain

Waterlord® Extra

Heavy-duty double-skinned layflat hose

Waterlord Extra HP is a double-skinned hose—essentially a hose within a hose—engineered for superior protection against abrasive surfaces and harsh terrain. Designed for high-pressure applications up to 2500 kPa, it’s ideal for demanding tasks such as mine dewatering and pumping water up steep pit walls. Its robust construction includes high-tensile polyester textile reinforcement and a rugged polyurethane outer layer, delivering exceptional durability and long-term performance in challenging environments.

FAQs

Waterlord hoses replace rigid poly with a flexible, continuous-length system that’s faster to deploy, easier to handle, and safer to use on-site. With no joints or welding required, setup and retrieval times reduce downtime and manual labour.

  • Waterlord: Designed for high-volume water transfer and mine dewatering (up to 2,500 kPa).
  • Waterlord HP: Handles higher pressures (up to 5,000 kPa) for longer or steeper transfer lines.
  • Waterlord Extra: Features a double-skin construction for superior abrasion resistance in rough terrain.
  • Waterlord Extra HP: Combines maximum pressure (up to 5,000 kPa) and double-skin durability, ideal for extreme pit wall or mining conditions.

Yes. Waterlord hoses are fully reusable across multiple projects, with proper care and storage. Their polyurethane construction resists UV, chemicals, and abrasion, ensuring long-term reliability and minimal maintenance.

Waterlord hoses are used across a wide range of sectors, including mining, agriculture, and emergency response. They are ideal for mine dewatering, high-pressure water transfer, high-pit wall pumping—any application that demands rapid deployment, reliability, and long hose runs in challenging conditions.
