Waterlord

Abrasion-resistant hose engineered for efficient water transfer

Waterlord is a durable, high-pressure layflat hose rated up to 2500 kPa, designed for efficient water transfer across mine sites and other industrial environments. It features a high-tensile polyester textile reinforcement and an abrasion-resistant polyurethane cover that offers reliable protection against rough terrain. Optional reel systems simplify handling of large diameters, and Waterlord couplings connect easily to existing infrastructure using flanges or couplings—making it an ideal solution for inland pipeline applications.

FAQs

Waterlord hoses replace rigid poly with a flexible, continuous-length system that’s faster to deploy, easier to handle, and safer to use on-site. With no joints or welding required, setup and retrieval times reduce downtime and manual labour.

  • Waterlord: Designed for high-volume water transfer and mine dewatering (up to 2,500 kPa).
  • Waterlord HP: Handles higher pressures (up to 5,000 kPa) for longer or steeper transfer lines.
  • Waterlord Extra: Features a double-skin construction for superior abrasion resistance in rough terrain.
  • Waterlord Extra HP: Combines maximum pressure (up to 5,000 kPa) and double-skin durability, ideal for extreme pit wall or mining conditions.

Yes. Waterlord hoses are fully reusable across multiple projects, with proper care and storage. Their polyurethane construction resists UV, chemicals, and abrasion, ensuring long-term reliability and minimal maintenance.

Waterlord hoses are used across a wide range of sectors, including mining, agriculture, and emergency response. They are ideal for mine dewatering, high-pressure water transfer, high-pit wall pumping—any application that demands rapid deployment, reliability, and long hose runs in challenging conditions.
