PolySwage™ is the high-pressure HDPE pipe solution from Crusader Hose. Designed to satisfy the demands of the hire market, PolySwage™ is available in either complete assemblies of 3m, 4m & 6m lengths or with a single coupling for weld-ons in 0.6m lengths. Choose either option in diameters of 160mm or 200mm.
PolySwage™ is the perfect solution for suction, sewage bypass or delivery pumping. The quick-connect Bauer couplings make PolySwage™ simple and easy to use. There are no time-consuming bolts to connect or disconnect, as with flanged ends.
Our couplings won’t blow off! In laboratory tests, the swaged couplings stayed firmly attached at 20bar.
Pipe racks for transportation or storage are also available.
Full assemblies available in 160mm and 200mm diameters in 3m, 4m or 6m lengths.
Weld-ons comes in 0.6m lengths in both diameters.
